Mobile Ultrasound

1. Purpose and Scope

This Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy applies to all appointments booked for Echo2Go services, including but not limited to full-body and regional ultrasound examinations. By booking an appointment, patients agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellations

Patients may cancel appointments, subject to the following conditions:

  • – Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled exam are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid.
  • – Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled exam are not eligible for any refund.

This policy is designed to allow efficient scheduling of our mobile services and maintain access for other patients.

3. Rescheduling

Patients may reschedule their appointments under the following conditions:

  • – One-time rescheduling is allowed if the request is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled exam.
  • – Rescheduling is not allowed within 72 hours of the appointment.

4. Payments via Affirm or Payment Plans

Patients who select Affirm or other installment plans agree to the following:

  • – A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • – Full payment must be completed at least 72 hours before the appointment.
  • – If the appointment is booked within 72 hours, the full payment must be completed within 4 hours of booking.
  • – Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Affirm Bookings Outside Business Hours

Appointments booked using Affirm during evenings or weekends are held temporarily. If the required payment is not received within the prescribed time (4–72 hours), the appointment will be cancelled by our team upon returning to business hours, without any guarantee of rebooking the same slot.

6. No-Show Policy

Patients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling will forfeit any payment made. A new payment will be required to rebook a future appointment.

7. Procedure to Cancel or Reschedule

Patients may manage their appointments through the secure patient portal linked in their confirmation email. For further assistance, patients may contact Echo2Go at support@echo2go.ca.

8. Agreement and Acknowledgement

By booking an appointment with Echo2Go, patients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. Echo2Go reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
